By Joakim

Joakim Persson, of Swedish origin, is fluent in the English language, based in Southeast Asia and engaged within media and marketing services that includes the Nordics and New Nordics, plus Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, the Maldives and the Middle East (UAE, Oman, Qatar).

LOIT showcase

As a professional provider I am presenting all my services and the solutions (and also examples of cases and previous productions) in this dedicated LOIT showcase (Let’s Order It) – ‘OEM by Joakim’. For each presented services you can also submit your needs and take contact. LOIT as such is a key enabler for any sector when it comes to storytelling, marketing and outreach; and can form an important part of any service that I provide, and comes with comprehensive customisation possibilities of related services.

More services may be added and you can take contact for representation, market entry development and research as well as other consultancy needs.

Among the ongoing opportunities I can facilitate media outreach via the business portal and magazine ScandAsia, where I am contributing photojournalist and media representative.

Based on my engagement during several decades with the B2B, B2C and hospitality sectors I have developed a vast network of business connections via Linkedin, where I also present and promote many services.

Based on appointment I also represent certain products and solutions (such as Elevanze.events and LOIT) and take on such assignments based on agreement only and case by case, depending on there is a “match.” I do marketing and generate publicity around products and services (those belonging to clients and also a selection that I personally represent).

I can also work on assignment to conduct business development, including market research, identifying the services, building online presence (including website) and producing adequate presentations (such was done in the Elevanze case).

I also lead the continuing development, with media- and marketing efforts and strategies, of the consumer lifestyle business HappyHourAsia. Its focus lies on hotels, F&B, spa, wellness, bar coverage, hotel reviews, destinations and other quality high-end lifestyle coverage.

I can assist with market strategy for new markets. Businesses often do not have a localised/regional focus for their content and content marketing and/or have not established their local/regional media presence beyond the corporate website and outreach. Especially new businesses/start-ups lack localisation. For both the Nordics and Southeast Asia I can provide such expertise (including execution).

As a lifelong fan of music, with hands-on experience in music event and festival production I am also a supplier of discerning music for the hospitality industry. I can serve any needs for bespoke Disc Jockey entertainment needs and offer curated venue/background music/DJ. For this I have also designed the ‘DJ Sommelier’ service, designed for any event and concept involving pairing of music with F&B – restaurant and bars – and to take the taste curating to new heights! Being an authority on music is based on depth and expertise from many decades of collecting music to have the gems, right understanding and skills when it comes to adaptation and customisation. I don’t mind calling it ‘connoisseur’; driven by an exhaustive passion that have developed into discerning, taste for countless forms of music. See the dedicated introduction or more, as well as the other services here in the OEM by Joakim LOIT showcase!

You are welcome to contact me with your needs. Get best-in-class storytelling and marketing outreach! Source your bespoke music consultancy and media services provider! Kickstart your improvement needs now! Aim at business/service excellence!
